I made a return to trip the field where I photographed shot “226 – Make hay” this time I didn’t go with a B&W shot as I really liked the rich late summer colours.

Oh, such an obvious sight in this time of the year, yet so nice to take it in without flying by in car or train. Perfect feel to it (in colour !) Lov’it

Thanks Aafke, I spotted the previous day that they had be lined up but didn’t have time to stop, thankfully they were still there when I got back

Thanks Peter, yep the year is progressing, hay bales in the field (just up the road from you) and the schools re-opening. Any day now the Summer will arrive

I’ve seen these on my travels west but haven’t taken the time to stop and shoot. It’s a wonderful sight and I’m glad you stuck with colour!
